Because of the traveling circus nature of our lives and the tricky logistics nomads encounter, we are unable to accept returns for a refund at the moment. Should you be unhappy with any of your purchases, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to make it right because making you happy makes us very happy!

Should you need a different size for rings, we're happy to exchange sizes for you upon receipt of the original order.

We strive to make sturdy pieces that can go on adventures with you. However, should anything break during reasonable use, please contact us about the issue. We will happily arrange to fix it or exchange it for a new piece.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you see anything you like but need a different metal, size or variation. Envision something completely bespoke? We can talk about that too! Tell us here.

A Note on Brass Pieces

Some people's skin can have a reaction with the brass, so your skin might turn green if you wear a brass piece. Fear not! This is not an allergy and it will come off with soap and water. To prevent this, please keep your piece away from water or any kind of moisture, and make sure you remove your jewelry occasionally to prevent sweat from reacting with the brass. Coating the contact point (the inside of a ring or the back side of earrings) with clear nail polish or some kind of wax helps too!

General Care

Please keep your pieces away from water or any kind of moisture! Harsh chemicals are also a no no. You may use a soft toothbrush and mild dishwashing soap to clean your piece, and a polishing cloth to restore their shine. The patina on oxidized pieces will evolve over time, adding to the character of the jewelry!

Handmade Jewelry

Because of the handmade nature of our pieces, each piece might have minimal variations on the finish and patina, again, adding to the personality of each piece. We sincerely hope you give them a loving home, and enjoy them for many many years to come. We certainly enjoyed making them for you!

Now go have some adventures and make memories with your pieces. Have fun!
